HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and coworkers
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Maintaining proper inventory levels for equipment and supplies
- Adhering to all safety requirements and company policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of work completed

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- A North Carolina HVAC Technician License (HP-4)
- Certification in EPA Section 608 Universal and OSHA 10
- A valid North Carolina driver's license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A high degree of technical skills and knowledge
