Specific Requirements:

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, basic computer skills, and mathematical ability.
Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Ability to minimize waste of supplies, misuse of equipment, etc.
Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
Is proficient in composition of written communication.

Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in clerical. On-the-job training provided in scheduling.

Education: High School graduate preferred.
