Our next classes for March and April 2024! This is the moment you have been waiting for - free training to become a Nursing Assistant! Upon completion of the class, you would sit for the test to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Once you pass the test, you will have a job waiting for you with the Prestige Care Family. We have recently increased CNA wages at many of our Care Centers starting at $20.00-$25.61/hour.

• Start: 4/23/2024
• Mandatory Orientation 4/23/2024 3:00pm-6:00pm
• 3 weeks: Classes/Labs at Prestige Care - Forest Grove Rehab Care Center
• Tuesday-Friday 3:00pm-10:00pm
• 2 Weeks: Clinicals at Prestige Care - Forest Grove Rehab Care Center
• Tuesday-Friday 2:30pm-9:30pm
• Graduation: June 24th, 2024
• Molalla, OR
• Start 3/28/2024
• Mandatory Orientation: 3/28/2024 10:00am-12:00pm
• 6 week M-F weekday Program
• 3 weeks: Classes/Labs in Molalla Manor Care Center
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm
• 3 Weeks: Clinicals at Molalla Manor Care Center
• Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
• Graduation: May 1st, 2024

Please apply online and go through the application and interview process to attend the orientation and class, as spaces are limited. The NA Training classes, labs, and clinicals are not paid training. Once you graduate and start working shifts at the selected care center as a NA is when you will start getting paid. CNA wages noted above are the wage range for a licensed CNA, once you pass your state board exam and receive your CNA license.

The attributes required of a Nursing Assistant Candidate is to provide care and concern for those who may be unable to physically or mentally care for themselves. They must possess patience, empathy and unwavering compassion for people. Practice and “hands-on” supervised training. After completion of the Nursing Assistant Class, you will be eligible for employment consideration to be hired as a Nursing Assistant, you must be able to provide legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States, employment references, and be at least 18 years of age.

The primary responsibility of a student that is selected for the NA Class is to acquire the knowledge, skills, and certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) by participation in the facility’s planned educational program. This program consists of classroom and clinical instructions. Upon completion of the NA program a student is prepared to take the state examination in order to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

• Able to attend all class and clinical sessions
• Be willing to undergo a criminal background.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Employee Only: $35/month
• Employee Spouse: $70/month

Oregon SNF Non-Union Employees:

• Employee Spouse: $200/month
