- Install, repair, and replace HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Collaborate with our exceptional team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and questions with professionalism and expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, utilizing our state-of-the-art digital systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, best practices, and relevant regulations through continuous training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC training program or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a thorough understanding of heating and cooling systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical HVAC components and systems.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems efficiently and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring professional and clear interactions with customers.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
