Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at LeBlanc Mechanical
At LeBlanc Mechanical, we are dedicated to providing exceptional HVAC services to our clients in Waltham, Massachusetts. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HVAC services including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems for our residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their HVAC systems are performing efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems such as air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide recommendations for repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Perform installations and upgrades of HVAC systems for new construction or renovation projects
- Communicate with clients about their HVAC systems and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including time, materials used, and work performed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC training or apprenticeship program
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Possess knowledge of HVAC safety standards and regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
