As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure our clients’ systems are running efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional. You should have a strong technical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. As a member of our team, you will need to establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients. We need someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and who shares our commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including gas and electric furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and boilers.
- Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, checking electrical components and controls, lubricating motors, and inspecting belts and pumps.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, including explaining work performed to clients and answering their questions.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry advancements.
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC service.
- Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
