Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $2,900 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months
CNA Weekend Warrior all shifts
St. Francis Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of our nurses to provide the highest quality of care and service to each resident in order to enhance their quality of life.
CNA Responsibilities:
- Caring for residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a licensed nurse
- Performing all duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards
- Assisting RNs and LPNs in admitting, admitting assessments, discharging, and transferring residents
- Performing ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning
- Maintaining clean living conditions for residents and reporting on resident status or family concerns to a licensed nurse
- Collecting charts, records, and reports to be given to the LPNs
- Ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment, which recognizes their individual needs and rights
- Performing other related job duties as required
CNA Qualifications:
To be considered for the position of CNA, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have an active license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Pennsylvania
- High school degree or equivalent
