As the HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will also diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix HVAC systems and provide expert recommendations on how to improve the efficiency and longevity of the equipment. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their comfort needs are met, and that their equipment is running smoothly.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in HVAC Service, excellent technical expertise, and a passion for providing top-quality customer service. A successful candidate must also be willing to learn and keep up with the latest technology developments in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance, service, and repair tasks on HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and offer expert recommendations on repairs or part replacements
- Install new HVAC systems and components
- Conduct performance tests and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal system efficiency
- Respond to service calls and customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients are informed about the work being performed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid HVAC certification
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC servicing, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in utilizing hand tools and wiring diagrams
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a service vehicle.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
