Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $3,000 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months

Now accepting applications for 3rd Shift RNs. Must be available to work 3rd shift 10:45p to 7:15a. 3rd Shift - Base rate $38.52/hour with $3.00/hour shift diff (Mon-Fri) and an additional $2.50/hour shift diff on weekends. Must have current state licensure.

Experience and Skills

Four year college or university degree desired.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid
1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position required.
Five years of healthcare experience desired.
Remain in good standing with all standards of the Nurse Practice Act.

CLINICAL SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS

2nd Shift, 3rd Shift and Weekend Shifts.

REFERRAL BONUSES

Earn $3420 for each Full-time team member you refer. Get paid $285 per month for 12 months as long as the person you referred is still employed Full-time.
Earn $1680 for each Part-time team member you refer. Get paid $140 per month for 12 months as long as the person you referred is still employed at least Part-time.
Earn $500 for each PRN team member you refer. Flat referral bonus paid out at company standard payout rates.
