Position Overview:
As the Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)/ Executive Director at Harbor Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the delivery of high-quality care and ensuring overall operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the facility's operations, including resident care, staff management, fiscal management, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the quality of care, resident satisfaction, and overall performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring open communication, teamwork, and professional development opportunities for all staff members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of resident care, continuously monitoring and improving the quality of services provided.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community to promote trust, transparency, and resident-centered care.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements, integrating innovative solutions into the facility's operations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or relevant healthcare licensure/certification.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior care setting, preferably as an Executive Director or Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial management, and operational processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build positive relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
