Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Jonesboro, Arkansas. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients' HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Install electrical wiring and controls for HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ensure that all work is done in accordance with safety standards
- Communicate with clients to explain HVAC system issues and solutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in HVAC installation and repair
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a variety of environments and temperatures
