Job Description:

Lutheran Senior Services at Meramec Bluffs is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Server. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.

Job Type: Part-time

We offer flexible working hours, with the ability to pick up shifts as needed.

Pay: From $14.40 per hour

We provide competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments
• Deliver meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper serving portions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or special requests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or serving role preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Work Location:

This position requires you to work in person at our location in Ballwin, MO.
