As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing our clients with top-notch customer experiences, while delivering a high level of technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and has a passion for HVAC technology.
Requirements:
- Valid HVAC license or certification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HVAC technician
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients
- Willingness to perform emergency on-call duties on a rotational basis
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, such as heavy lifting, climbing, and crawling
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair faults for residential and commercial clients
- Provide consultation to clients on HVAC system upgrades and energy efficiency solutions
- Complete accurate and timely service reports and work orders
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Promote company products and services to clients
