Director of Nursing | Life Care Center of Westminster
Life Care Center of Westminster is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead their team. The Director of Nursing plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the nursing department to ensure the highest degree of quality patient care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to create and support a positive and stable nursing culture.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
- Directs patient care team with emphasis on quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently licensed/registered in your state as a registered nurse.
- One year of supervisory experience is required.
