Job Description

As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will play a vital role in our residents' daily lives, assisting them with their activities of daily living and providing compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Administering medications and monitoring residents' vital signs
Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
Maintaining a clean and organized living environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
Experience in caregiving or healthcare setting
Knowledge of medication administration protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Compassionate and patient nature
