Rehab Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant

Temecula Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Rehab Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant. As a key member of our healthcare center, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' rehabilitation needs while assisting our nursing staff in providing quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide physical therapy exercises and assist with mobility exercises.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents.
• Support the nursing staff with the administration of medication and treatment as directed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant program and current certification.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
