Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description

Sunrise Retirement is seeking PT CNA's for all shifts. With flexible scheduling and a convenient location close to WITCC, we make a great place to work while finishing that nursing degree!

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing assistance to the professional staff. Delivers direct care to residents (bathing, toileting, dining, grooming, etc.) as directed by the RN or LPN in charge. Always maintains resident comfort and safety. Follows all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Represents Sunrise with integrity, adheres to the Sunrise’s Values and mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able and willing to work patiently with convalescent and geriatric residents.
• Certification from 75 hours Nurse Aide Course or willingness to attend and ability to pass such course as soon as course is available.

1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

2nd Shift: 2:00pm -10:30pm

3rd Shift: 10:00pm- 6:30am

Also have half shifts available.

Compensation

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour + $2000 Sign-on Bonus
