Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description

Job Responsibilities may include:

• Interactions with residents that promotes a caring environment.
• Supporting residents in a manner that promotes their dignity.
• Providing individualized care that encourages residents to attain or maintain physical, mental, social well-being.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment.
• Protecting personal belongings of residents.
• Observe and reports symptoms and progress of residents.
• Ensure individual needs are met; including assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, feeding, personal hygiene, feeding, walking, transferring, toileting, incontinent care, etc.
