Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Switchboard Operator and Receptionist to join our team at the Asbury Campus. As the Switchboard Operator and Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the switchboard to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and other staff members with professionalism and courtesy
• Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry and filing
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Handle multiple tasks and handle distractions effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and receptionist/switchboard roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
