As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial customers in the area. You will work closely with our team of HVAC professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that every customer's needs are met.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Test HVAC systems for proper performance and efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Keep accurate records of all service calls and completed work orders
- Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and provide updates on service
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and industry trends
