HVAC Service Technician

Overview: In this role as an HVAC Service Technician with State Line Oil Co, you will join a dynamic team of professionals committed to providing quality service to our customers. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems for our clients. You'll need to have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and the expertise to diagnose and resolve HVAC-related issues.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct preventative maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in the field and take corrective action to resolve issues.
- Install new HVAC systems according to the manufacturer's specifications and industry best practices.
- Make recommendations to customers on how to maintain their HVAC systems to prevent future issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed on HVAC systems and update service reports as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- EPA certification required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
