About the Team:

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be a key member of the Pandora team, embodying the spirit of the brand and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Your role will involve exceeding sales targets, engaging with customers, and contributing to a high-performance selling environment.

• Exceed commercial targets and key performance indicators, setting new records and achieving remarkable success
• Create a high-performance selling environment, delivering unforgettable experiences and surpassing shopper expectations
• Build and maintain genuine connections with clients, fostering lasting relationships and crafting a loyal customer base

Requirements:

• Results-oriented with ideally 1 year of experience in a selling environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating care and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
• Minimum age of 18 with eligibility to work in the United States
• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to stand for extended periods
