Payroll Quality Control Manager

Description We are looking to hire a Payroll Quality Control Manager for a long-term contract position. As the Payroll Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the work of four data processing specialists to make sure their work is accurate. Responsibilities: Thoroughly reviewing and cross-verifying employee pay stubs with corresponding Excel files Handling various monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date files for each payroll type and ensuring they all tie to each other Checking for and documenting any discrepancies observed across check stubs and in the data review, and determining where the errors arose Data entry into Excel spreadsheets Assisting in Quality Control to ensure accuracy and data integrity Requirements Exceptional attention to detail Must have advanced Excel skills (Knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup functions) Previous Managerial experience is required Experience with payroll is highly regarded Ability to uphold utmost confidentiality Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
