Job Description

We are currently recruiting for full-time, part-time, and casual Nurse Aide positions. As a Nurse Aide at Avalon Place, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents in a manner that is consistent with their dignity, safety, and well-being. You will work under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing personnel to provide quality care, maintenance of a safe and clean environment, and effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.

As a member of our staff, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You should also be able to constructively receive feedback and direction, identify and communicate learning needs, and take action to improve your knowledge, skills, and performance. We also require our staff to maintain current CPR certification.
