100% remote, must be located on the East Coast * *10 week contract * Description: Our client is implementing a HR system in December 2024. They are building a team of support staff to help with the hyper care of the ERP. This team will be responsible for providing support to the end users by helping navigating landing pages, finding links, maneuvering website and more. They will not have access to end users benefits balances or specific details. If they cannot fix the issue on the first call, they will create the ticket for the more technical team.
