Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our nursing team in the roles of Nursing Assistant (NA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Registered Nurse (RN).

As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting with activities of daily living. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
• Assisting with mobility needs and ambulation
• Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
• Documenting patient observations and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

To be successful in these roles, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for NA and CNA positions respectively
• Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license for LPN and RN positions respectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
