Job Summary:

Macey's in West Jordan, UT is seeking a dedicated and friendly eCommerce Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. As an eCommerce Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate eCommerce ordering processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits:

Wage: $12.50-$13.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
Maintain clear communication in the eCommerce ordering process and keep communication records and reports as outlined in the eCommerce protocol.
Operate cash register and perform checkout procedures efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with security and cash drawer accounting procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in using the hand scanner and tablet for picking items for eCommerce orders.
Apply proper bagging techniques for guest purchases in compliance with company procedures.
Promote a high level of morale within the department and store through friendly and professional communication.
Stay knowledgeable about product locations, current produce codes, fresh meat, grocery items, and ID policies for tobacco/alcohol purchases.
Maintain productivity standards and complete all responsibilities within company guidelines and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum age: 16 years. The ability to perform physical tasks and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
