Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at All Phase Heating & Cooling
All Phase Heating & Cooling is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Scituate, Rhode Island. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various HVAC systems, with a focus on providing reliable and efficient service to our clients.
You will be responsible for diagnosing HVAC system problems, identifying potential issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring that all service work is completed to the highest standards. You will work with our team to ensure that all customers are happy with the services provided, and that their HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, replacing parts, and general upkeep
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems, including issues with heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and ventilation
- Install new HVAC systems, including compressors, motors, and thermostats
- Ensure that all services are completed to the highest standards, and that customers are satisfied with the services provided
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide information on services, pricing, and scheduling
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and improve technical skills
- Keep up to date with industry developments and new technologies, and implement best practices in the field
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
