Green House Homes At Mirasol, The is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Associate/Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as assisting with the onboarding of new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees using our payroll system
• Verify accuracy of timecards and make necessary adjustments
• Calculate and process deductions, benefits, and garnishments
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll
• Assist with new employee onboarding process, including conducting background checks and verifying employment eligibility
• Coordinate and schedule employee orientations and trainings
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in payroll processing or human resources
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with payroll software
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
