Job Description: HVAC Installer at Alford Mechanical
Alford Mechanical is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers in and around Bunn, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain work performed
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Assure all installations are completed accurately and timely
- Stay up-to-date with current technology and best practices in the HVAC industry
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience installing and repairing HVAC systems
- EPA certification required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in tight spaces
