The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $1,200 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months
Personal Care Administrator - Cornwall Manor
Cornwall Manor, located in Cornwall, PA, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Care Administrator to join our team. As a Personal Care Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to elderly and chronically ill individuals in our community.
Responsibilities:
• Possession of Personal Care Home Administrator's license required
• Possession of current Practical Nurse License required
• Ability to obtain Medication Administration training certification
• Exposure to and desire to work with elderly/chronically ill
• Two years of experience in a Personal Care/Long Term Care setting preferred
• Two years of management experience preferred
• Knowledge of medications, experience in assisting with medications required
• Ability to supervise effectively, work proficiently and perform as part of a team
• Ability to understand and carry out facility policies and procedures; knowledge of state and federal regulations required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required
• Knowledge of and experience in conflict resolution
• Ability to remain composed in an emergency and ability to give direction and guidance under stressful situations required

• 8-hour shift

• Supervising Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Personal Care/Long Term Care: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Personal Care Home Administrator's license (Required)
• LPN (Preferred)

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
