Job Description: HVAC Installer
Comfort Masters, LLC is a leading heating and air conditioning services provider in Moorhead, Minnesota. To keep up with our rapidly growing business, we are currently looking for a Plumbing Installer to join our team.
As an HVAC Installer at Comfort Masters, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual who can work independently or with a team to complete projects within the given timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including ductwork, heating units, air handlers, and electrical connections.
- Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure proper installation and functioning of HVAC systems.
- Test HVAC systems for leaks, proper functioning, and energy efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot HVAC systems and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients to understand their HVAC system needs and provide guidance on proper use and maintenance.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards of the company by adhering to recommended safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
