We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at Harris Hill Center. As an NP, you will provide advanced nursing care to patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventative care
- Collaborate with physicians and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
