As an HVAC Installer at TDK Comfort Systems, you'll be part of a team committed to providing exceptional HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services to our clients. We are seeking a qualified HVAC Installer to join our team of passionate professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems at our clients' properties. You'll work closely with our HVAC technicians and electricians to ensure seamless installation and operation of HVAC equipment. We'll count on you to maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites and observe all safety procedures.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Review and adhere to job specifications and safety procedures
- Interact with customers to understand their HVAC needs
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems during installation and maintenance
- Travel to various job sites to perform installations
- Keep detailed records of HVAC systems installed and serviced
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment on job sites
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and their components
- Provide training and guidance to apprentice HVAC installers
Qualifications for the Role:
- High school diploma; certification in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems components and electrical principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Skilled in the handling and operation of hand and power tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
