Job Description - HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all installations are done in a timely and efficient manner while also meeting the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Interpret work orders and install systems according to specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installations and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering any questions they may have.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of work performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Knowledge of HVAC installation practices and standards.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
- Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
