HVAC Installer

Location: Springfield Ohio

Cloverleaf Mechanical, a leading provider of HVAC systems, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in the installation and maintenance of our HVAC systems. You will work with a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain HVAC systems according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems
- Ensure all installations conform to company standards and all applicable codes
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Review work orders and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions with HVAC systems
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols on job sites

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or relevant position
- Knowledge of and experience with HVAC installation processes, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
