Job Responsibilities

As an LVN Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assessing residents' health status and documenting any changes
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any abnormalities
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
• Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Current LVN license
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Working Hours

This position requires availability during the early morning hours. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
