Best Home Services of SW Florida, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida.
In this role, you will play a critical role in the installation and maintenance of various HVAC systems. You will be responsible for various tasks related to installing and repairing HVAC systems, including system testing, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
-Install HVAC equipment and systems according to job specifications and local codes
-Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functioning
-Perform preventative maintenance services to increase system efficiency and lifespan
-Maintain accurate records of all work performed
-Communicate effectively with customers and team members
-Exhibit a strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service
-Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to HVAC installation and maintenance
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
-Willingness to work overtime as needed
