COOK, GRILL (FULL-TIME)

Job Description

The Seasons at Alexandria is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Grill Cook. As a Grill Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook grilled food items based on menu specifications and recipes.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a clean and organized kitchen.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Assist in inventory management and stocking of supplies.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate residents' needs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
