Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Tri-City Air Conditioning
At Tri-City Air Conditioning, we are dedicated to providing reliable comfort and peace of mind to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Johnson City, Tennessee. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ heating and cooling systems are running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system malfunctions
• Make necessary repairs and replacements to ensure proper system functioning
• Install new HVAC systems when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers about potential issues and solutions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants
• 2+ years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system malfunctions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
