Licensed Social Worker

The Licensed Social Worker position is responsible for assisting with admission process and care planning. The LSW performs work of a professional nature and is responsible for executing the functions of the Social Services Department in order to assure the emotional and social well-being of the residents and their families in accordance with Maine Veterans' Homes policies and governmental regulations. Requirements:

• Must have a Social Services Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
• Must have valid State of Maine Social Work license
• Social services experience in the long-term care or related field is preferred
