Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
All Temp Heating and Cooling of Monroe is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as communicating with customers about system performance, upgrades, and repairs. You will work intimately with the operations manager and other team members to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform maintenance services for HVAC systems
- Educate clients on the best ways to maintain and extend the life of their HVAC system
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and documentation of service calls
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, questions, and concerns
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex problems
- Participate in training and development activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork related to repairs and service calls
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a variety of work environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold)
