Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Full Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our community, the Weekend Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

- Greet residents and visitors in a warm and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate department

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Assist with various clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using office equipment such as telephones and computers

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with weekend shifts. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
