Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Monroe, North Carolina. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems in homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships with clients
- Follow safety procedures and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Complete work orders and paperwork accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- HVAC Certification or relevant training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
