Responsibilities:
As a Staff Educator, Clinical, your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive educational programs for clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Creating and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and in-service programs
- Assessing the learning needs of staff through ongoing evaluation and feedback
- Collaborating with department managers to identify specific training needs and design targeted programs
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of educational initiatives
- Providing support and guidance to staff regarding professional development opportunities
- Maintaining accurate training records and documentation
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare education
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Active nursing license
- Proven experience as an educator or trainer in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of current clinical practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate learners
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
