Job Description: HVAC Installer
Arrowhead Heating and Cooling and Refrigeration is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in Eveleth, Minnesota. As a HVAC Installer at our company, you will play a critical role in our success, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems at residential and commercial properties. You will need to have a strong knowledge of all HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and refrigeration systems. You will also need to have experience reading and interpreting blueprints, performing calculations, ensuring proper ventilation and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems at residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, perform calculations and ensure proper ventilation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of all HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform calculations, and ensure proper ventilation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
