Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Colonial Park Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents and assisting them with their daily activities.
Responsibilities
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Supporting the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care
• Ensuring the privacy and dignity of residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
Requirements
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic first aid and CPR certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
