Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
2. Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within established deadlines.
4. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
5. Continuously update knowledge of industry advancements, new technologies, and best installation practices.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and explaining installation processes.
7. Document work performed, including system specifications, repairs, and replacements, accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Valid HVAC license or certification.
3. Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a sound understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
7. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
