Description Job Title: Document Scanning Specialist Location: Oklahoma City, OK (100% Onsite) Pay: $16 to $17 per hour Duration: 9 months to 1 year Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist for a long-term temporary assignment in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves scanning and managing documents, making it ideal for individuals who are comfortable with repetitive work and have a keen eye for detail. Candidates with paralegal experience or a background in document management are strongly preferred. Responsibilities: Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper documents efficiently and accurately. Organize and categorize scanned documents for easy retrieval. Maintain document quality by ensuring scans are clear and complete. Manage digital files and ensure all documents are saved correctly in the appropriate folders. Perform quality checks on scanned files to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Experience in document management or similar roles. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus for extended periods. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Paralegal experience or related legal document handling experience is a plus. Ability to work 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday through Friday. Duration of 9 months to 1 year with the potential for extension.
