Job Description


We are currently seeking a Business Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the administrative operations of our community, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial record-keeping, billing, and resident accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for residents
  • Maintain resident trust accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Assist with payroll and HR-related functions
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
  • Experience in long-term care or healthcare industry preferred
