Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the administrative operations of our community, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial record-keeping, billing, and resident accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for residents
- Maintain resident trust accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assist with payroll and HR-related functions
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
- Experience in long-term care or healthcare industry preferred
